AEI's Control Systems
A control system operates valves, relays, and electrical components to bring a system to desired operating condition. Control systems can be configured to bring a complex system to set point based on user input or can be used to automatically operate a system over its entire range. Control systems are often used to control complex machinery according to a preset schedule or according to measured demands. They are also used in OEM testing for proof tests, failure tests, and endurance tests.
Control systems reduce costs
Errors can lead to delays and also jeopardize safety. Automated control of testing or manufacturing removes the possibility of human error, allows for increased accuracy of test results, while increasing overall productivity, and reliability.
